WBL Group was founded in 2007 and presently consists of several companies, including WBL Systems Ltd. and WBL Technologies Inc. The Group is managed from the Group's Head Office located in Limassol, Cyprus.

In the modern globalised world, business communities worldwide face many challenges to stand in order to remain afloat in a densely populated and at times stormy ocean of the international commerce.
One of the challenges is that a business confined in the national boundaries of its home country cannot anymore be really competitive. However paternalistic some governments may be with regard to their domestic markets, they will not be able, in the long run, to stand the pressure of transnational corporations that possess huge financial and human resources.
This means that there is an imminent danger of at least significant reduction of the market share, if not a takeover by a bigger and more advanced foreign competitor. So, the only way to confront a transnational is to become a transnational yourself, starting to conquer international markets, which most large and not so large businesses actually do.
On the other hand, the current financial climate has brought about even tighter regulation, making it vital to know and understand the relevant legal and regulatory framework in order to set up and implement an efficient and profitable international expansion strategy without violating the law.
