WBL is a international team of professionals in law, education, business consulting and software development, with its Head Offices in Limassol, Cyprus. WBL was established as a result of co-operation between institutions and individuals from Cyprus, Russia, United States and other countries, active in the provision of legal, consulting and executive training services to the financial sector and business at large.
WBL has two major divisions: WBL IT Development Unit (WBL ITDU) that is dealing mostly with the development of specialised software and databases for lawyers, financiers and business at large, and WBL International Business Consultancy (WBL IBC) that offers highly professional business consulting, legal and other support services for business.
WBL maintains a worldwide network of associated institutions, including law offices, audit firms, business consultancies, financial service providers, software developers, universities and professional associations, as well as individual practitioners and academics. In 2009, WBL's achievments in the field of bussiness development have been recognised by the prestigious Russian Securities Market Elite Contest, with WBL - World Business Law Legal Information Database receiving the Contest's Award for the 'Best Business Development Project - 2008'
